Use the full 13.1MP camera

HTC, and a lot of other manufacturers, do something really annoying with camera apps. In order to make the camera look pretty, they will have 16:9 aspect ratio by default. This means that you usually aren’t using the camera to its full potential. On the One A9 the camera is set to 10MP (16:9) by default. You should change it to the full 13.1MP (4:3).
  1. Open the camera
  2. In camera mode, tap the three-dot menu icon
  3. Tap Photo Size and choose 13.1MP
